Copying Images and Interviews

It is possible to copy Images and Interviews between the Projects. This way you can merge two different Projects. For example, two researchers may interview different people about the same Image and later merge the results into a single collection of Images and Interviews.

To copy an Interview or Image, select one, then choose menu Edit | Copy. ImageInterviewer will remember only the last object that you copy.

If you are copying an Interview, select the Image where you will copy the Interview to. If you are copying an Image, select the Project where you will copy the Image to. Now select menu Edit | Paste.

The object that you copied will be added, and you can see it if you make sure the Project folder or the Image folder is expanded, accordingly.

Note that when you copy the Image, all its Interviews are copied as well.

If you want to move the Image or Interview from one Project or Image to another, you can use Edit | Cut instead of Edit | Copy. ImageInterviewer will remember the object that you are about to move and will mark it grey.

Paste the Image or Interview, like when copying it. This creates an identical copy of the Image or Interview, like when copying it, but removes the object from its original location.
